Unable to upload documents to release Holds in UAT
Please re-run the order in UAT. This is a by-product of the data refresh we perform in UAT wherein we clear out a table that maintains the distinct holds an order is on. So even though the order appears in the Holds queue, the table that maintains the holds entries is wiped out. After re-running, the order should fall back onto the same hold and you can then upload the supporting docs to release the hold.
